Feeling is a mental and physical wellness tracking application designed for Apple Watch. Protecting your personal data is at the heart of our design. We have chosen a "privacy by design" approach: your information never leaves your device.

2. Data Collected

Feeling does not collect any personal data. Specifically:

• No mood, health, or wellness data is transmitted to our servers.
• No personal identifiers (name, email, address) are required or collected.
• No location data is collected.
• No tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools are used in the app.

3. Data Storage

All data you enter in Feeling is stored locally on your Apple Watch and, if applicable, synchronized with your iPhone through Apple's secure mechanisms (private iCloud or WatchConnectivity). This data is protected by Apple's native encryption and your access code.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

Feeling does not share, sell, or transmit any data to third parties. No advertising SDKs, third-party analytics tools, or tracking services are integrated into the app.

5. Apple HealthKit

If Feeling interacts with Apple HealthKit, access is subject to your explicit consent through system permissions. HealthKit data is never transmitted off your device and is handled in accordance with Apple's health guidelines.

6. Security

Feeling relies on the security mechanisms built into watchOS and iOS, including file system encryption, access code protection, and Apple's Secure Enclave. We have no access to any of your data.

7. User Rights

Since Feeling does not collect any personal data, there is no data for us to correct, export, or delete. You can delete the app at any time and all local data will automatically be removed from your device.

8. Children

Feeling does not collect data, including from children under 13. The app can be used by people of any age safely.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is modified, the update date at the top of this page will be changed. Substantial changes will be communicated through an app update.
